Our Story.
The chameleon is known as one of the foremost animals able to adapt to its surroundings, not only physically by changing their color, but also in the type of environment they inhabit. We wanted to bring that adaptable mentality into a tech agency and how we serve our clients and partners.
In 2017, we started business planning and developing the
idea for an agency as adaptable to projects and industries as the
chameleon is to its environments. We wanted to showcase intentionality
and flexibility in our services with a focus on knowing our clients
well enough that we would be able to blend in so they can stand out.
Today, we enjoy bringing solutions to our ever-growing list of
satisfied clients as well as working with select non-profits on a
pro-bono basis to give back to our community.
How We Work.
No matter what project we are focusing on, we love to go through our agile sprint process to get to the finish line and produce a stellar product for our client.
Each project or piece of a project starts with
a set of tasks and requirements. We go through our planning phase before
implimenting. If any immediate changes are necessary we scrum until we
exit implimentation before moving on to review and retrospect.
We follow this process until we are out of sets of tasks and the project
is completed. Sprints are typically in one or two week cycles.
